New RoofTrain.co.uk Website Launch
5 July, 2011
After more than 40 years of being in the roofing industry and 30 years of directing his own business, Alan Lander of Roofcraft (Exeter) Ltd has finally decided to hang up the hammer and retire. Not completely, however!
Alan has also been involved in roof training and assessing since 2001, teaching roof slating and tiling and assessing at NVQ Levels 2 and 3 for the South Wales & South West Roofing Training Group.
Over the years, he has extended the training to include lead dressing and welding, roof window installations, solar thermal and photovoltaic installations (from the roofing aspect) as well as on-site training.
Alan now intends to devote more time to developing the training and has started RoofTrain UK; a new company dedicated to quality roofing courses. The new RoofTrain UK website provides more details about his roof training courses, services and benefits.
The new site has been designed and developed by OptimalWorks Ltd, an award-winning web design company based in Exmouth, Devon.
Craig Buckler of OptimalWorks commented:
The new RoofTrain UK website uses modern HTML5 techniques to ensure it works on a variety of desktop and mobile devices. You can access pages whether you’re using the latest iPhone, an old Nokia, Chrome 14, or Internet Explorer 6 on an ancient laptop. In addition, every page is printer-friendly.
Alan welcomes and invites you to climb on board the RoofTrain!
